Prom Fashion Show

What started off as an email to Omayra from Bridal Boutique for some networking opportunities, turned into something so much more; the exclusive right to shoot a Prom Fashion Show!! After months of preparation and planning; it was so cool to see how everything came together.

This event was not only a free community event for the people who came to see it, but it was also an opportunity for vendors from around the Olympia and surrounding areas to display their work. The event featured girls from all over the area, most who had little or no modeling skills before all of this started. It was amazing to see the transformation after only three practices.

Along the way we met some really great people like, Renae from Renae's Salon, who's crew did all of the hair and the makeup for the show, as well as the handful of others who made the show a success. We also had the huge honor of working with some really awesome girls, and got some amazing shots!

I can't tell you what a great feeling it was to be able to be part of a community event like this, and to meet the amazing people that we met along the way, along with the new friendships that have formed from it. All of this from a few minutes spent on the computer typing an email.
