What a Great Christmas!!
Hope everyone had a great Christmas like we did. It started early Christmas Eve with Derrick and I heading to the Seahawks vs. Chargers game. Derrick was all ready with his LT jersey and Chargers hat. This was also his first NFL game wearing the opposing teams jersey which the nice Seahawks fans didn't care that my 11 year old son was wearing it, they still yelled obscenities at him. One nice fan even stopped in the middle of the road rolled down his window and politely yelled "CHARGERS SUCK" Derrick and I were the only ones on the side walk. Derrick thought it was pretty funny especially since this was nine in the morning and as he put it "they haven't even started drinking yet". We had a great time even though we were soaked. Derrick was especially happy the last thirty seconds of the game when Philip Rivers threw a game winning touch down pass. Which he cheered very loudly to let everyone know. Derrick was also able to get Philip's autograph before the game. The day was far from over also, we went to my Dad's after the game to celebrate Christmas with him. I will post later about that and Christmas day. I am trying to get back to my normal routine which is hard with the kids on break still.
